Our club philosophy is a combination of English, Polish, German, and Spanish educational approach in line with UEFA regulations. This knowledge was gained through workshops at Mainz 05 and Real Madrid, Polish Clubs and by gaining FA coaching qualifications. We continue to improve our coaching methods in order to teach our players to love football and learn new skills and knowledge.

Our approach to players from ages 6 to 16 is to equip them the skills and knowledge that will help them progress in future football journeys as well as enjoy playing football at any level.

Our priority is to provide player with a set of skills that will give them the ability to play on any outfield positions e.g. attack, defence, wing, centre. When working with players under 12 it’s difficult to foresee what position is best for him, therefore it’s important to develop skills for all these different positions and gain understanding about responsibility, coaches’ expectations, positioning, movements on/off the ball.

With individual approach to each player we are able to concentrate on key elements like technique, football intelligence, formations and tactics. We pay attention to body co-ordination, fitness, speed of play and intelligent decision making. This can be accomplished when respectful approach to training sessions and games is shown. We believe that respectful and fun environment will provide players with focus, motivation, determination to improve, courage to try something new and break their limits but also, will teach them respect to each other, coaches, opposition, create discipline that will be reflected in everyday life. Were an interest is shown we are able to provide individual coaching sessions .

Being part of football club will teach player what it means to be part of a group, improve their team work and give understanding behind the phrase – one for all, all for one.

We wish to develop next generation of players that is known for not giving up, break their limits and we plan to do this following this simple rule: Practice! Practice! Practice!
